All About Mrs. Thorpe

Mrs. Sandra Thorpe is principal of Swift School.  Mrs. Thorpe attended Swift School as an elementary student many years ago, as did her grandparents, parents, and children.  Mrs. Thorpe worked as an aide at Swift for three years while attending the University of South Alabama to obtain a teaching degree.  In 1993, Mrs. Thorpe was hired as a teacher at Swift.  She received her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Alabama in 2003 She completed an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership in December, 2009.

She is married to Alan Thorpe, and they have three children and three granddaughters.
